New client set up process

Start

Where to start

Once the credit has been agreed and is in place, you’ll now need to complete a New Client Set Up Form (HERE).

Still need to do a credit check? Do that HERE.

New client set up form

The portal will require all the mandatory information to help us set a new client up. Once the form has been completed, we’ll produce the relevant terms and conditions between all three parties: the agency, the client, and Recruit Ready.

Terms signed

Once signed

Once the terms have been digitally signed by the client, you’ll be required to sign (as the agency) and Recruit Ready will finally sign. When all three parties have signed the terms of business, you can then supply candidates to your client.

Note 1

When to supply candidates

Workers should not be placed on assignment until we have signed terms of business in place as they will be working uninsured otherwise, and it will be the agency’s responsibility to pay those workers if the terms do not get signed.

Note 2

Providing the necessary info

We recommend that when completing the New Client Set Up Form that you provide comprehensive information relating to the client, including: the full name of the primary timesheet signatory, and the name and job titles of anyone else in the client’s business who can be additional approved timesheet signatories.

Confirmation

Confirmation

Once we receive the signed terms, your account manager will call the client to confirm account and invoice information over the phone. When we have this information we can set the client up on our pay & bill system.

We’ll provide email confirmation to you once this process is complete.
