Before you supply candidates to your client, you need to have completed the following:

  • + A credit check (HERE).
  • + New Client Set Up Form (HERE).
  • + Signed terms

It is your responsibility to complete the New Candidate Set Up Form on the portal when you know a candidate is going to be starting work with your client. 

The worker will need to be added onto the portal by 9am the Friday before the worker is due to be paid.

Once we receive the new candidate set up form, we’ll send any umbrella or CIS candidates over to our approved payroll agency (QPS) – who’ll set them up for payroll and complete the candidate Right to Work checks.

PAYE & LTD candidates

PAYE & LTD candidates

PAYE and LTD workers will need to be added onto the portal as soon as possible. 

As there are additional forms required for LTD workers, we’ll go through this with you on your agency/portal onboarding call.

If the workers are PAYE, once added onto the portal, we’ll send out a contract directly to the worker, along with a Trust ID check link for them to complete.

Once the workers are set up on our systems for payroll, or for umbrella or CIS workers, on the QPS system – you can then set up their assignment details.
