How much does it cost to start?
There are no upfront costs to start your business with Recruit Ready. All we ask is that you are as committed and driven as we are to make a success of your business!
Who do you work with?
We work with UK based recruiters who want to open a UK based recruitment agency of their own. This can be anywhere within the UK.
Our clients tend to be high billing individuals within well-established recruitment organisations who have the belief and ability to do it for themselves! All our clients see the potential in making more than their annual salary and their commission for themselves and their families. Do I need to have recruitment experience?
In short, yes. The recruitment market is a competitive space, and we are in a partnership to make your business a success! We look after all of the recruitment back-office activities whilst you focus on the recruitment process.

Do you offer startup loans?
Through our approved loan provider, we can help you secure business startup loans for up to £25,000 per director, depending on your individual circumstances.
Do you provide relevant contracts?
If you're talking about contracts for employment, or contracts for services for your workers - then yes, this is part of our inclusive service. Once registered with us, you'll be able to download your templates from your agency portal.
Will you help set up my Office 365 account?
Our core package includes up to two Office 365 licences to cover business founders, and we'll help configure this for your business and help set it up on your individual devices.
Do you offer a CRM as part of your package?
We have partnered with several leading providers of CRM and ATS solutions, and can provide enhanced terms subject to the platform that you choose.
Will you create my logo for me?
Yes, as part of our setup process, we'll work with you to agree a design brief and create some logo options for you to choose from. Once this has been agreed, we'll create a suite of logo variations to use across different media (e.g. social media, websites, merchandise, print, etc.)
Do I need to secure my own web hosting?
No, once we've created your website for you as part of our inclusive service - we'll provide secure hosting at a UK data-centre, on a fast VPS (Virtual Private Server). We also include daily offsite backups for ultimate peace of mind, and ongoing maintenance to ensure your site is working optimally.
Can you help with my social media?
We have an experienced social media team that can support you in this regard. From designing a set of social media templates, to creating and managing organic or paid social media campaigns - you can rely on us. Social media services are not part of our core, inclusive offering and will be charged separately depending upon your requirements.
Are all your marketing services included with the standard fee?
Our core service included with our base fee will see us design your logo, build and host your website, and work with you to define your recruitment brand.
We provide a whole host of additional marketing services which can be quoted and charged on a project-by-project basis, or we can agree an ongoing service contract if that's preferable.
Can you provide payroll for umbrella workers?
Yes, we have a payroll company operating within our Recruit Ready partnership. The company is called QPS and they offer an extensive range of payroll solutions, covering not just umbrella, but also PAYE, CIS, and Limited Company contractors.
